You may check in after 4pm on the date of your arrival.
You must check out by 10am on your departure date.
Directions:
Google Maps will get you very close, but it may show (at the time we wrote this) its pin about five houses too soon. The property will be on your left side where Rama Dr and Shanti Dr form a T.
Because it is a newly constructed neighborhood the satellite view may not be up to date.
The name of the neighborhood is Veranda Palms. There is a main gated entrance that is open during the day and staffed all night long. That entrance is at Princess way and Nirvana Pkwy. If your GPS tries to take you to the back entrance off of Old Vineland Rd you probably won’t get in as that gate is normally locked. If you wind up there just keep driving and hang a right onto Princess Way and you’ll be at the main gated entrance.
Access:
There is an electronic key pad on the front door and the code for your stay will be sent to you via text and email or Airbnb message two days before arrival. The code will NOT work until the date of your arrival at the 4pm check-in time. If you arrive early the code will not work.
Enter the code to open the door. When leaving press the keypad button to lock the deadbolt.
There is also an alarm and the code will be sent to you two days before check in.
Parking:
No parking on the street is allowed. The HOA will tow! The driveway is 3 cars wide x 2 cars deep so it will require some careful parking skills, but you can fit six vehicles in the driveway.
If you have additional vehicles (under 21 feet maximum) you may park them at the community center (you’ll see that when you drive into the neighborhood). Parking there is first come and no RVs or trailers are allowed. You must fit in one spot.
If you have too many vehicles, an RV, large trailer, etc. there are some very cheap hotels not too far away that have truck parking…you could probably book a cheap room and have parking privileges.
Check In/Check Out”
The check-in time is 4pm. Cleaners will usually be there until that time and early check-in is not allowed unless you have made prior arrangements with us. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to block the night before your stay. Check with us to see if this is available and for the cost. If you arrive early you may want to spend the extra time at the community pool.
Check out time is always strictly 10am. We cannot allow late checkouts because the cleaners need to arrive at 10am in order to have it ready for the next guests. If the cleaners arrive and you are still here they will charge us (which will be deducted from your deposit) $200 per hour for the team of cleaners while they wait. We often have back to back guests so there is no flexibility on checking out late. Sorry.
WIFI:
There is a sign on the wall, but the wifi is clubwalt and the password is 2541Shanti
Community Center, Gym & Pool:
The access code to the fitness center and pool is 1002#. The pool has a nice setup with waterslides for kids, etc.
House Rules:
Please NO SMOKING in the house, the front porch or the pool area (i.e. you would need to be in your car or on the street.) This includes any sort of smoking, vaping, marijuana, etc. Ifthis rule is violated your stay will be cancelled, your entire payment forfeited. And if we discover this after you leave during our inspection the damage is $5,000.
Quiet Time. After 10pm please ensure you are respectful of neighbors. No loud music outside, especially after 10pm.
Please do not cook with curry or anything else that will cause a smell that stays in the house. We love curry as much as the next person, but when cooking the oil creates a film and the odor lasts for weeks.
If you have children must keep the pool fence in place, locked and supervise at all time. If you don’t have children replace pool fence before checking out.
Please don’t move furniture around the house.
Please read and follow the checkout procedures found in the guest book.
No Parties/Maximum Guests: There should be no more people on the property than are registered guests, and never more than 36.
Other Info:
Trash: You set trash outside in the “bench” trash enclosure. Place it outside by 8:30am and it will be picked up by 10:30 am (don’t set it out until the next morning–if left overnight animals will get in it).
Phone: There is no landline phone. Be sure you have a cell phone available. For emergency dial 911.
Television: There are numerous flat screen TVs available on the property. Cable is available via the built in Samsung TV app. You can login to your own Amazon, Netflix and other streaming accounts. Please login to your own account and logout when you leave from each device. If a previous guest is still logged into a service such as netflix, please sign them out.
The home theater does not have cable TV, but does have a Roku streaming device that you can log into. Please be sure and turn off the projector when you are finished.
USB Chargers: We have some built in USB charger outlets throughout the property.
Pool: if you arranged for pool heat it should be set at 82 degrees. It may take one night before it reaches full temperature.
If you have any children staying with you, you must keep the pool fence up, and gates shut at all times. All children must be actively supervised.
Hot Tub: The hot tub heats up in about fifteen minutes. Turn the timer dial on the wall by the sliding door (one timer is for the pool lights and one oif for the hot tub).
Pool Towels are located in the hall closet by the pool bathroom or in the laundry room.
Laundry: There is a washer dryer set on the main floor and another upstairs.
Supplies: We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. You should purchase sufficient supplies for your stay. There is a Sam’s club, Walmart and Target within a few minutes of the property.
Kitchen: The kitchen has two refrigerators, to dishwashers and one range/stove. There is a built in microwave. We have a high blender and mixer available. A good of pots and pans.
Check Out Procedures
Check out time is 10AM
Check out time: Because the property is very time consuming to clean, the cleaners will arrive at 10am to get it ready for the next guests. Please be completely out of the property by 10am with the tasks listed on this page completed. If the cleaners arrive and have to wait for you they will charge $200 per hour for the team of cleaners and this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please throw away all food and trash. It’s so helpful if you clean out the fridge; we know it’s a waste to throw away good food but we just don’t have any other system (if you can put all your trash outside by 8:30 am that would be great—that way the next guests don’t arrive to trash outside).
Sign our Guest Book and report any issues: We would love to have you sign the guest book and put your pin on the map! If there is anything that needs maintenance please let us know.
Fill and Run Dishwasher: If you’ve been cooking we really appreciate it if you’ve cleaned any pots, pans and put them away. And if you can leave dishes in the dishwasher and start it our cleaners will adore you.
Gather all towels: The place is huge and it’s really tough on the cleaners to get the laundry done. If you can start a load of towels in both washing machines you would have done your good deed for the day!
